You inform us of your needs. We like to understand your business, get a detailed description of the job and the ideal personality fit for your company.
Our Search
We source, approach, interview (in person) and shortlist the best candidates for the job. We attract high calibre candidates through personal recommendation, advertising, our existing network and targeted headhunting.
Your Selection
We coordinate the job interview process and facilitate two-way feedback. Upon selection of your preferred candidate, we help you formulate and extend an offer of employment. We support you during the onboarding process.
